Excellent place with great amenities like Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. The staff once helped me with an insect bite, and I appreciate their kindness. Can't wait to return for Christmas!

Very polite staff, especially Malek. the best servise. The rooms are normal, family room is exelent. very good for price. Perfect location, in front of metro and 3-4 minutes walk from Opera.

Exceptionally nice breakfast selection with fresh milk, orange juice, yogurt, everyone could find their favorite food. Quick check-in was a nice touch and I truly enjoyed excellent service.

The rooms are very different in size. First night they booked a small room for us, but after asking for a bigger one thay straight away given a better one. Nice staff, good location for transport (trains station, opera - airport shuttle) and restaurants

Ideal hotel, the staff were all really friendly and very pleasant and the location was incredible in the morning patrolling the breakfast area. Location: the property was just off the metro being a minutes walk away, train station and the center of Paris. The service was exceptional, including an early check-in. We had a very positive time.

Friendly staff, excellent location, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby, and close access to the Cadet metro station that makes it easy to explore major sightseeing spots.

Bathroom door would not close due to shoddy tiling job

The location is good, close to the Gare Nord station, and within walking distance to Seine river. Staff is helpful and friendly. There is a safe deposit box in the room, which is good.

The room is small, the wi-fi internet didn't work in our room, we had to go to the public area with our laptop. The equipment in the bathroom looked poorly but everything worked well. The cost of breakfast is too high (12 euro per person per day), so we didn't take breakfast at the hotel.

The service is not good ( we had a serious problem in the hotel with the reception representative and he refused to let us talk to the Managaer and was unprofessitionl in dealing with such issue)

Cozy, cozy, cozy.

I loved the home-like atmosphere. The room was spacious with a charming balcony that provided fine views of the picturesque rooftops-perfect for sipping coffee in the morning. The staff was warm and friendly, even surprising my kids with scooters to explore the nearby park!

Lovely little hotel with cooperative staff, I enjoyed excellent location. The service was very good during my stay. The whole experience was excellent.

The only good thing about the hotel was the location.

The staff was very rude and never willing to help. The room and the hotel in general was not very clean. The hotels very noisy and in the room and the corridors you can hear everything that is happening in the whole hotel which is nos very comfortable.

Furniture need renovation, on the other hand the rooms are very clean and tidy and the service is excellent
